Types of AD-Insert?threaded insert

We have three types of threaded insert:

Ordinary threaded insert , Tangless threaded insert , locking threaded insert

Ordinary threaded insert

This kind of inserts has been used for many years has been used in the fields:ships, ordnance industry, optical instruments, metallurgy, electric power, machinery, chemical fiber, chemical industry and other fields, especially for military-industrial complex, aerospace and automotive industry.

It contains various thread standards: metric system, American system, British system , pipe thread, etc.The main materials are stainless steel and we can provide copperor nickel chrome aluminum alloy and other material products according to the requirements.

Tangless threaded insert

Tangless Threaded Insert is suitable for the blind hole, removal of the tang is not required,reduce the time required for installation.

locking threaded insert

locking threaded insert is polygonal insert, increase pressure on the screw hole wall,
no loose happen.

This kind of inserts is especially suitable for harsh environments, such as vibration and impact. locking threaded insert built-in lock system can effectively substitute other lock system, such as locking bolt, self-locking nuts, etc. it has the same mechanical properties with the ordinary threaded insert and the same installation process with the same tools.
