Brooklyn Bean Roastery #Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

If you have been following my blog for any amount of time, you know how much I love coffee and my Keurig.  Keep in mind that not just any old coffee will do.  In my house, it is, let's just say necessary, to have a great (not a good) but a great cup of coffee. Enter Brooklyn Bean Roastery.  Allow me to introduce Brooklyn Bean Roastery to you.  Here is a bit of information about them from their website:

We’re three guys from Brooklyn who love coffee – it’s as simple as that. Together, we started Brooklyn Bean Roastery – pioneering the introduction of single-serve coffee to the market. With decades of experience in product engineering (yes, we are also nerds), our unique tension-based ‘roast2cup’ technology ensures every cup of coffee tastes as fresh as the first. Brooklyn Bean Roastery uses only the highest quality Arabica coffee beans to create gourmet, yet affordable blends for single-serve coffee lovers. We grew up with an appreciation for quality, originality, and local pride, and we’ve based our company on those values. Stop by for a chat and some laughs at"

Two things that I love about Brooklyn Bean Roastery is that they recognize that quality, originality, and most importantly, local pride is the backbone of their business structure.  They realize how hard it is to come by our money.

For my review, I was sent the 40 Count Brooklyn Bean Roastery sampler pack . It was in every sense of the words sampler pack. Included in the box were samples of light, medium, and dark roast blends in their Breakfast Blend, Boardwalk Blend, Brooklyn Bridge (appropriately named), Colombian, Cyclone, Donut Shop, Fugheddaboutit, French Roast, Espress-O, Maple Sleigh, Cinnamon Subway, Oh Fudge, and Hazelnut.

The Express-O blend really lives up to its name.  It is Brooklyn Bean's darkest extra bold.  If you need a wake up call and a jolt in the morning, this is your cup of coffee. This was my husband's favorite. Brooklyn Bean calls this blend their "souped up version".

One of my favorites is the Colombian blend.  The Colombian blend is really smooth and has a wonderful hint of citrus.

Another one of my favorite is the Vanilla Skyline that is a wonderful after meal coffee.  This coffee features just the right amount of  vanilla, wrapped in roasted coffee flavor from Arabica beans.  It has a distinct taste all of its own.

I am extremely pleased with Brooklyn Bean Roastery and the coffees that they produce.  They have a wide variety of K-Cups to choose from and their prices are very competitive.  I am so glad that I found Brooklyn Bean Roastery because I had been long looking for a place to purchase my K-Cups from and around my house if we are out of K-Cups, we have some very unhappy parents.

A huge thank you to Brooklyn Bean Roastery for allowing me to review their coffee. Be sure to follow Brooklyn Bean Roastery on Facebook and on their blog.  All Brooklyn Bean Roastery products can be purchased on If you are looking for a GREAT cup of coffee, be sure and check them out.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. Remy Clip In Hair Extensions are all the rage amongst celebrities and movie stars. If you have short or thin hair and want a natural looking finish, human hair pieces or synthetic hair pieces are worth the investment. The key to keeping the look natural is to blend it effectively. Hair extensions or pieces can also make your hair appear thicker and fuller. This article will provide you with some tips on how to undertake this successfully.
