How Are Your New Year Goals Going? Nutrisystem Week 19 Results #NSNation #spon

In my week 13 post, I talked about Resolutions or as I like to put them goals. We are now heading towards Spring and wondered how everyone is doing with their New Year's Resolutions and/or Goals.  It was a rough start for me but I finally was able to pull it together and have been getting consistent results on Nutrisystem. I like setting short goals, like weekly goals, something that I have a short time to work towards.  How are your New Year's Resolutions going?  If not so good, its never too late to start!

As usual, my goals are always to drink at least 100 oz. of water, walk at least a three miles five times a week, and stay on track with my meal plan, and I once again have remainder focused. And with keeping on track and the keeping my goal in sight, I am happy to report that I lost this week. Yay!  Here are my results:

Starting weight: 182.6
End of Week 1: 176.4
End of Week 2: 174.4
End of Week 3:  172.6
End of Week 4: 172.0
End of Week 5: 172.0
End of Week 6: 172.0
End of Week 7: 169.6
End of Week 8: 169.6
End of Week 9: 171.8
End of Week 10: 169.8
End of Week 11: 169.6
End of Week 12: 171.0
End of Week 13: 172.0
End of Week 14: 171.0
End of Week 15/16: 169
End of Week 17: 168.4
End of Week 18: 167.2
End of Week 19: 166.8

Total Weight Loss:  15.8 lbs.
