In my last post, I posted a chart that will tell you how many calories that you need to consume based on activity level and age. Did you know that if you eliminate just 500 calories per day from you diet, that you will loose one pound per week? However, do not eliminate 500 calories if you are already at your daily limit for your age and activity level. If you are consuming 500 calories more than your daily limit, then get rid of them! Did you know that a 12 ounce can of soda contains around 140 calories? So, if you are having three or four of those per day, those calories can really rack up. So, what do you say? Replace those sodas with water?
