I know I have been saying that I can't believe how fast time is going by but I really can't. I have now been on Nutrisystem 4 weeks and I couldn't be happier with the results that I am seeing from the program. As the time is flying by, I feel like following the plan is getting easier and easier. Over the past 4 weeks, I have foods that I really like and have constructed a meal plan that I really enjoy. I have also gotten my exercise routine down and have been sticking to my guns with that. Getting my water intake in sometimes does try me, but when I realize at a certain time during the day that I haven't gotten to a certain point, I start chugging away.
Each week I have introduced you to a meal that has become one of my favorites. This past week, I enjoyed the Flamed Broiled Beef Patty.

I put my beef patty on a 100 calorie whole grain bun, paired with homemade sweet potato fries and it was fantastic. So now when the rest of my family has burgers, so can I, only a healthier version.
Here are my week 4 results on the scale:
I really am on my weigh down! My results so far:
Starting weight: 182.6
End of Week 1: 176.4
End of Week 2: 174.4
End of Week 3: 172.6
End of Week 4: 172.00
Total Weight Loss: 10.6 pounds!
I am very, very pleased with those results, even though I did not have a large loss this week, its still a loss and I will take it. Here's to another great week on Nutrisystem.
