I really cannot believe that I have already completed week 2 on Nutrisystem. Time is flying by! Stepping onto the scale for weekly weigh in this week, I was a little bit scared that I wouldn't have lost that much weight. Over the weekend, we attended a Greek Festival and as you can imagine, there was lots of wonderful food there. Lots and lots of desserts were parked everywhere. Before we even left to go to this festival, I had already told myself that I was not going to overindulge. And I didn't. I had a Grilled Chicken Gyro, with light Tsatsiki sauce. It was delicious. So, for that reason, I was a little nervous getting on the scale. I am happy to say that I lost 2 pounds this week!

It was so good and I actually felt full by the time I was finished. I did add a salad to it, which made it even better. I have already placed my next month's food order and was able to add in more of the food that I have tried and love.
As I said in my week 1 post, I bumped up my workouts from 30 minutes to 40 minutes. My goal is to burn at least 250-300 calories per workout and so far I have been achieving that. I have been doing a mixture of cardio and strength exercises to mix it up a bit. I tend to get board really fast doing the same routine day after day. I am also striving to get 10,000 steps per day in. There are days that I am not meeting that goal but I will continue to work towards that goal. Here are my stats to date:
Starting weight: 182.6
End of Week 1: 176.4
End of Week 2: 174.4
Total Weight Loss: 8.2
