Starting the Week Off Right! #Mamavation

Last week I spent the week feeling miserable and just over all tired.  I had absolutely no energy and really did not care if I did anything at all.  I literally had to  make myself start the #2weekchallenge that started last Monday and could not get any motivation to start and keep it going.  I also started last week off with really bad headaches and had some other things going on. That pretty much carried on through the entire week. I simply,by the end of the week had had enough.  I was tired of feeling bad last week and yesterday decided that it is it!  It is time to start feeling better and get some motivation up in here!

With that being said, I woke up yesterday put my game face on, weighed myself (and I was not happy about what I saw), headed out to the store for some fresh fruit and veggies and decided to take control of the situation and head down the happy path where I know I can feel better. I sat down and did  my meal plan for the entire week and I might say that I am very proud of myself for accomplishing this.  I got out yesterday and took a walk with my puppy, Gwen, and two children, walking a little over a mile plus decided to do my #2weekchallenge workout for added momentum. It was a gorgeous fall afternoon in my area with temps in high 70's. Fall is definitely in the air in my area. It was nice to get out and breath the fresh air and enjoy the afternoon.

This week my goals are to drink 100 oz. of water, walk at least a mile and a half each day, complete my #2weekchallenge every day without @MrBookieboo having to tweet me to see if I have completed my workout (sorry about that Mark but thanks for keeping me motivated to do it!), and stay on track with my good food choices.
