Mamavation Monday-I Am At A Loss

As I sit here looking at my computer, I have no clue what to write about this week. My week went really well overall. I ate healthy and exercised even after an overnight trip to The Great Wolf Lodge. Even though we were on  a family outing, I made it a point to hit their exercise room and do some walking on the treadmill and some spinning. It wasn't really hard to find healthy eating options as there is always fresh fruit and lower calorie/fat options in their restaurant. It was very refreshing to get away if only for one night. The kids had fun at the indoor water park and I had fun just watching them have fun.

As the title for my post says, I am at a loss. I am a loss as to what to write this week in my Mamavation Monday post but I also am happy to say that I lost 6.2 pounds this past week. It is amazing what difference a week can make of clean eating and working out five days a week.  I am inspired by my loss last week that I am more motivated to keep that loss going.  I also am joining Megan and her first Beachbody Challenge Group. I am very excited to be a part of this awesome group of ladies and am looking forward to the challenge.

Goals for this week are to loose at least a  pound and bump up my workouts. I am hoping that Coach Megan will bark at me a lot this week. Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

  1. Awesome job Kathryn! I know when we go on family outings even when there are healthy options I have to be careful because I sink in to the mindset of 'being on vacation' and doing what I want. :)

  4. Congratulations on your weight loss! That is so awesome! Good luck with the Beachbody group - just remember to stick to it. Those are awesome workouts, but they can be very hard - just keep reminding yourself how awesome you're going to feel and look and you'll be able to keep pressing play!

  5. Congratulations on your weight loss! I hear you about the clean eating. I've been eating a bit more wheat and then feeling more tired than normal at night. I'm back to making sure I eat lots of protein and veggies.
