I am going back into my archives for this post for Mamavation Mondays so this is going to be short but sweet. I wrote back in June about how do you stay motivated to reach your weight loss goals. I have completely fell off the leader board with my weigh loss goals. As a matter of fact, I am off the chart, way, way off the chart. I think back to when I lost 60 pounds last year and I was completely driven to loose the weight and now nothing. I can't seem to find that motivation that was once there. This is what my analogy is from the June post: "I think that I just plain and simple got lazy, no excuses, there it is. I got out of the habit of working out and just keep saying every day that I will do it tomorrow." I know what I need to do and what I have to do, but how do I get the mojo back? What are some ways that you stay motivated to achieve your health and fitness goals? I hope that you all have a wonderful week!
