Dog Collar Boutique Review and Giveaway

My puppy Gwen is growing into quite the dog.  She is now almost 10 months old and weighs about 50 pounds.  She has outgrown nearly everything we bought her when she was puppy, bowls, bed, and collars.  I was thrilled when Dog Collar Boutique contacted me to do a review of one of their fashionable dog collars.

Before I get to the review, I would like to introduce you to Dog Collar Boutique. Here is a little information about them from their website

A special relationship started in 1992 when Robert Taylor, then ten years old, was enrolled in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program by his mom. Her goal was to find a role model for Robert. At this time, Brian Lewis was waiting to be paired with a little brother. When Brian was young he had wanted to enroll in the program as a Little Brother but he had never been able to do so. As an adult, Brian decided what a better time to fulfill the need another child may have.

Robert was successfully matched with Brian through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Aurora, IL. They have maintained this relationship since they were first matched, which brings us to the present time. is the brainchild of Robert and Brian. Dogs play a large part in their lives and have been a wonderful source of love and companionship for them and their families. Their goal is to provide one place where you can find a large selection of beautiful, high quality dog collars and neckware for your pets.

What a truly awesome story!  We choose the 60's & 70's Uptown Dog Collar in Green Daisy, size medium {retails for $16.50}.  I love the vibrant colors in this dog collar and makes Gwen look very fashionable.  The collar has a metal buckle and d-ring for her tags and leash.  She has been wearing the collar for about three weeks now and it stays on when walking her on the leash, doesn't slip off of her head, and is really cute on her.   This collar is made of 100% dye-sublimated durable polyester, colorfast and machine washable.  Machine washable is very important for us especially since Gwen is going through a digging phase right now.

Dog Collar Boutique has a large selection of dog collars for every breed and size dog.  They also have a wide variety of other products such as I.D. Tags, harnesses, coats and vests, and cat collars.  Be sure and connect with Dog Collar Boutique on Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, and on their blog, Dapper Dog Blog
