Neater Feeder #Review

You  may  or may not know that I adopted a puppy last December.  Her name is Gwen and she is a Chow Chow mix, we aren't sure what the mix is, but she is growing into quite the dog. She is now eight months old and weighs about 45 pounds.  When we adopted her, we bought her some small bowls and knew that we would probably  need to upgrade those to larger bowls, eventually. Well, sooner came than later, because she has been growing so fast.  Thankfully, Neater Feeder, came along and allowed Gwen to review one of their revolutionary designed feeders.

Neater Feeder sent Gwen the large feeder in Bronze with the leg extensions that easily attach.  The large feeder is for dogs 35-100 + pounds, so this will definitely be the one and only bowl that Gwen will have.  Before we received the Neater Feeder, I was always having to clean up drips and spills around her bowl area.  She also drinks a lot of water, so I would have to refill her bowl at least 10 times a day with fresh water. Now, with the neater feeder, the spills are eliminated because of the revolutionary design of having both an upper and lower reservoirs that separates food from water. When it comes to time to clean the Neater Feeder, it comes apart really easy, wipes clean, and the stainless steel bowls clean easily. Here is a picture from Neater Feeder's website of how it works. It also has protective walls to keep the spills from going outside the feeder. Did I mention that it has non-skid feet, so the feeder does not move when Gwen is drinking or eating.  Neater Feeder really thought of everything.

Gwen has given the Neater Feeder four paws up because it is amazing.  It certainly helps me in my job to keep my kitchen floor free from water standing on the floor and food spilling out of her bowl.  I love the fact that Gwen seems very comfortable eating from her Neater Feeder and she doesn't have to hunch over to get to her food.  With her old bowls, she would actually take pieces of the food out, and lay down and eat because she was having to stoop to get to her food. Poor, Gwen, but now with Neater Feeder, she is one happy puppy.

The Neater Feeder is available in small ($34.99-$37.98),  medium ($49.99-$53.98) and large ($59.99-$65.98) sizes for dogs. They even have cat Neater Feeders ($34.98-$37.98).    If you are like me, and are tired of cleaning up your floors from your dog dropping water and food, or if your dog's bowl gets kicked or stepped in, the Neater Feeder is for you.  You can purchase your choice of Neater Feeder from their website or you can click on their Find a Retailer tab to find a store near you to purchase your pet's very own Neater Feeder.

Please visit Neater Feeder's website where they have video that you can watch about how the Neater Feeder works.  Be sure to connect with Neater Feeder on Facebook and Twitter.

  2. I love this idea. My dog, Lexi, is getting older and I wonder about how hard it is on her neck to always be stooping to eat. having this be off the floor and still clean is a great plus. Thanks for the post!

  10. What a neat contraption. We don't have pets, as I am allergic, but I can see what a great product this is. Love the leg extensions
