I completely fell off the wagon last week when visiting my parents all week long. I pretty much put on the back burner everything that I knew was right about eating healthy and I am really ashamed that I did that. I guess I kind of felt like I was on vacation and I could kick back. I arrived back home on Saturday evening and told myself that I need to get back on track this week, but unfortunately I have failed to do so. I have blamed it on the fact that I need to go grocery shopping and have been too tired to go. Dare I get on the scale and see what damage I have done? Nope, I don't even want to go there. But in the back of my mind, I know that I really must take that step to see where I am at, although I pretty much know in the back of my mind where I am. So, after bashing myself about how poorly I have been doing, it is time to get back on track and get this party moving.
The remainder of the week, I have planned out what I need to purchase on my shopping trip and what I need to do to get back in the swing of things. Done, did, and over, time to move on. I hope that you all have a wonderful week ahead and I look forward to reading all of your posts. :)
