Zipz Shoes Review and #Giveaway

Why is it that my son is so much harder on shoes than my daughter?  Is that just a boy thing or what? Well, whatever it is, my son has gone through two pairs of tennis shoes since school started last August.  His second pair, we purchased just before Christmas and they are starting to wear out and they are leather to boot.    When I found out that I would be able to review a pair of Zipz shoes, I thought this is great!  This could be the resolution to my son going through tennis shoes so fast.  If you are unfamiliar with Zipz, allow me to introduce them to you.  This a little information that I took from their website:

ZIPZ® are removable and interchangeable shoes, like nothing you’ve owned before! Match any ZIPZ® COVERS with any same size ZIPZ® SOULS to create one of-a-kind mix and match shoes. Visit our ZIPZ® COVERS gallery by zippin’ on over to the Shop ZIPZ® tab. Our shoes are handmade to ensure comfort, quality, and reliability. Invented in California, Designed in the U.S.

These shoes, as my son says, are "way cool".  We received the Youth Low Top in Mocha Latte for our review. These shoes retail for $43.99.  The covers for the Youth Low Top retail for $24.99  The soles of the shoe complete zip off to change the cover and I love the fact that you can purchase different covers to change the look.  Or in my son's case, if he wears them out or gets them dirty, all I need to do is order a pair of new covers.  My son has been trying his new Zipz out at school where he plays really hard at recess. He tells me that the Zipz are very comfortable and from my looking at them, they don't slip up and down on his heels when he walks.

Zipz shoes come in a variety of patterns and colors, in sizes for youth and adults. There is a pair of Zipz for everyone in the family.  My daughter has already picked out the Punk Pink for her pair.

Are you wondering how you can get a pair of Zipz?  BUY IT:  You can visit the Zipz website to look at their selection of shoes to pick out your very own pair of Zipz. Also, be sure and connect with Zipz on Facebook and Twitter Or you can WIN A PAIR right here on Kathryn's Kloset.  Yes, that is right!  Zipz will be giving one Kathryn's Kloset reader a pair of Zipz of their choice.  Any pair that you choose will be yours.  As always, I will be using rafflecopter for entries, easy peasy, right?  Have fun entering and good luck!
