U.S. Farmers Ranchers Alliance

I was contacted by One2One Network to help get the word out about the U.S. Farmers Ranchers Alliance (USFRA) and their website Food Dialogues. Food Dialogues is a wonderful site that has many features such as  a Learn About Your Food Video Series.  I watched a couple of these videos and there is a wealth of information contained in them.  One of them I found interested was a Q&A with farmers.  These farmers describe their farms and how and what they feed their animals.  They also talk about how they care for their animals.  I found this pretty interesting because it does give you an idea of how the whole process works and where our food actually comes from.  These farmers put their heart and soul into what they do.  I like this site because these farmers are willing to share what they do with the public to assure us that our food is getting to our tables healthier and better.

• America’s farmers and ranchers founded the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance (USFRA) to start and lead an honest dialogue about American agriculture. USFRA has set the table for conversations with Americans to answer their questions about food and food production.
• USFRA connects farmers and ranchers with consumers as a way to provide information and insights as to how our food is grown and raised.
• USFRA tells the stories of real farmers and ranchersand connects consumers with farmers and ranchers to answer questions.

The USFRA has a Facebook page where active dialogue is going on right now.  There are conversations on their Facebook page that discuss, like the video, where our food is coming from, how it is grown and how it is treated.  I don't know about you but this is really important information for me and for my family. Visit their website and Facebook page today and interact with the USFRA.
